If a Canadian competitor is offering an exact, in-stock digital media item for less, let us know and we will match their shipped price. Please refer to our policy terms and conditions listed below.

1. Digital media price matching applies to the following conditions:
   1. Applies to products that are regularly stocked by both the competitor and Express Sign Products, plus

   2. Applies only to full rolls of material, plus

   3. Applies to the combined price of product and normal shipping rate.

2. Express Sign Products requires proof of the following details: shipping cost, product price, and seller availability. Express Sign Products accepts the following forms of proof:
   1. an invoice from the past 30 days,

   2. a photograph of a paper catalogue published within the past 3 months,

   3. or a screenshot of electronic marketing and pricing including dates (web catalogue, webpage, or email).

3. Any price matching must be discussed before the order is placed, (no refunds for past sales).

4. Express Sign Products reserves the choice to not price match competitors’ specials and/or clearance prices.

5. Express Sign Products reserves the right to verify the quoted price and/or modify the terms of the Policy at any time
